DESCRIPTION
KRONOS MR-400 is an Agricultural-Robots from Wado Sangyo. It is built for Agriculture, Mowing / weed control. Key figures: 18 kg, 60 min runtime, price ¥511,500–¥704,000, released 2024.
The KRONOS MR-400 is the high-grade model of Wado Sangyo's 'Robomower' line, keeping the MR-301's orchard-ready chassis and adding GPS assistance. GPS lets it return to the charging station by the shortest route instead of following the wire, and the battery saved goes into mowing, raising the area per zone to 4,000 m2. Owners can also set points the robot should concentrate on, such as patches of dense grass, and step through them across a large area. It mows inside a boundary wire - a corrosion-resistant steel wire that cuts accidental breaks - using three-wheel drive, ultrasonic obstacle sensors and a front-cover contact sensor, with a 300 mm alternating-direction blade at 30-70 mm and mulching cut. The app adds detailed weekly schedules (up to 10 slots) and a battery-saving mode that switches to slow charging. It measures 845 x 515 x 360 mm, weighs 18 kg, travels at 1.6 km/h and runs about 1 hour per 1-hour charge.
