DESCRIPTION

ISAT 4WAY is Cassioli's four-way pallet shuttle for high-density automated storage and retrieval (AS/RS). Unlike a channel-bound shuttle it drives both along and across the racking on each level and moves between levels by lift, so any shuttle can reach any position; storage density, throughput and the number of shuttles can be scaled to seasonal peaks without downtime. It uses 3D warehouse mapping for precise positioning of itself and its loads, handles pallets of different sizes, fits existing drive-in structures and works in temperatures down to -30 C.\nBuilt for 24/7 operation, it adds condition monitoring, integrated AI and data analytics, reporting real-time health data for proactive maintenance, and runs under Cassioli's warehouse management software.
