DESCRIPTION

ISAT is an Industrial-Robot from Cassioli. It is built for Intralogistics, Loading, Material-Handling. Key figures: 600 min runtime, 1500 kg payload.

ISAT is Cassioli's pallet shuttle ('satellite') for high-density, multi-depth pallet storage. Running on rails inside the racking, it picks pallets at the loading front and stores them one behind another in channels more than 40 m deep, handles pallets of different sizes and loads in the same lane, and works in FIFO or LIFO mode with reordering and counting functions. It carries up to 1,500 kg (2,000 kg on request), travels at up to 1.22 m/s empty and 0.62 m/s loaded on four driven wheels (All-Wheel Drive System), and keeps working in freezers down to -30 C.\nIn automated warehouses ISAT is moved between channels by Cassioli's ICRANE stacker crane or IMASTER shuttle under the warehouse management software; in the semi-automatic version an operator sends it with a remote control whose display shows its status, while LED indicators show its position. A removable 48 V LiFePO4 battery (16.5 kg, about 1,200 cycles) gives 8-10 hours of operation and recharges in 2.5 hours, and it communicates over Wi-Fi.
