DESCRIPTION

INSPECTOR Suction Robot is a Mobile-Robots from Inspector Systems. It is built for Cleaning.

The INSPECTOR Suction Robot removes residues from the inside of pipes, usually after a grinding robot has machined inner surfaces or weld seams, or after a visual inspection has found impurities. Its suction nozzle sits on a unit that rotates around the pipe circumference, and a motorised radial feed infinitely adjusts the distance to the pipe wall. A video camera aligned with the suction monitors the process, the mobile drive unit reaches any point in the line, and an integrated flexible pipe carries the particles out. Inspector Systems says the robot and its qualified vacuum cleaning process are approved by national and international companies and risk management organisations.
