DESCRIPTION

Indoor Wheeled Inspection Robot (IW300 / IW400) is a Mobile-Robots from Hangcha. It is built for Inspection, Monitoring, Patrol.

Hangcha's indoor wheeled inspection robots, the IW300 and IW400, inspect power-distribution rooms, data centres and equipment halls. The IW300 has a dual-laser design that keeps it navigating if one laser fails. Front and rear lasers, anti-fall sensors and safety edges give 360-degree protection, and a lifting arm with 1.1 m of stroke covers equipment up to 2.3 m high. It can also operate fire doors and rodent barriers to inspect across areas. The IW400 turns on the spot within its own footprint and deploys quickly out of the box. Its wide-angle cameras capture a whole power-distribution cabinet in one shot, which Hangcha says makes inspection 300% more efficient than traditional methods. The robots come from Guozi Robotics, a Hangcha Intelligent subsidiary.

FEATURES

  • IW300: The innovative dual-laser design ensures that if one laser fails, the other can guarantee the robot's normal positioning and navigation
  • IW300: Employing front and rear laser sensors, anti-fall photoelectric sensors, and safety touch edges, the vehicle body receives 360° safety protection
  • IW300: Equipped with a robotic arm lifting function, the lifting stroke is 1.1m, which can meet the full coverage of indoor equipment (2.3 meters)
  • IW300: Supports control with fire doors and rodent-proof barriers to achieve cross-area inspection
  • IW400: Volume-based in-situ turning, enabling seamless detection in special and complex environments
  • IW400: Quick deployment, ready to use out of the box
  • IW400: Multiple wide-angle cameras can cover the entire power distribution cabinet in a single shot, increasing efficiency by 300% compared to traditional inspection methods
  • IW400: Multiple safety protection mechanisms help robots achieve safe obstacle avoidance, obstacle bypass, and fall prevention functions
