DESCRIPTION

HW25000 is an Industrial-Robot from Invio Automation. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Transport. Key figures: 1360 kg, 11340 kg payload.

HW25000 is Invio Automation's heaviest standard AGV, rated to carry or tow 25,000 lb (11,340 kg). Semi-truck manufacturers use it to move chassis through assembly, and a skid-steer maker customised it to speed material through highly automated weld processes, with an MES coordinating and resetting the product fixturing on deck. The 3,581 x 1,448 x 610 mm vehicle weighs 1,360 kg, moves forward, in reverse or rotates at up to 0.61 m/s with up to 1.21 m/s2 acceleration, and runs a 24 V DC, 450 W drive from a 124 Ah battery with 40 A on-board plug-in and automatic charging, including floor-style IntelliChargers. All Invio standard platforms use BlueBotics natural-feature LIDAR navigation (or magnetic tape / in-floor bar guidance), safety-rated Keyence scanners with zone programming, Allen-Bradley PLC or microprocessor control with a Proface HMI and +/-13 mm positional accuracy, and take attachments such as top-deck robots, load frames, trunnions, roller conveyors and scissor lifts.
