DESCRIPTION
FX-RB218 is a Consumer-Robot from FUXTEC. It is built for Service. Key figures: 45 min runtime.
The FUXTEC FX-RB218 is a compact boundary-wire robotic lawn mower for lawns of up to 600 m2, from FUXTEC's newer FX-RB2 generation with an orange control deck under a hinged cover. It follows the boundary wire to its charging station, then leaves the wire to mow inside it, and returns to the dock when its rain sensors detect rain, resuming at the next work cycle. It cuts an 18 cm swath and runs about 45 minutes on a 2 Ah lithium battery, recharging in about 1.5 hours. The robot measures 52 x 39 x 27 cm. It switches off within 3 seconds if the wire is cut, stops when lifted or tilted beyond 20 degrees for more than 10 seconds, backs away from obstacles it bumps, and has a PIN anti-theft code and an emergency stop. It came with 100 m of boundary wire, extendable to 400 m, 150 pegs and two distance gauges for laying the wire.
