DESCRIPTION
RKS 800 is a Consumer-Robot from Robomow. It is built for Service, Autonomous lawn mowing (mulching) on residential lawns. Key figures: 50 min runtime, price £1,499, released 2024.
RKS 800 is the smaller of Robomow's two RKS models, a compact wire-guided robotic lawn mower for lawns up to 800 m2. It cuts a 19 cm swath at 20-70 mm with four solid mulching blades on a floating deck, driven by brushless motors, and handles slopes of up to 35 %. An edge mode mows beyond the wheel, the wheels and deck are designed to clean themselves, and Wi-Fi allows remote management where the whole lawn has internet coverage. A 2.5 Ah battery gives about 50 minutes of mowing and recharges in an hour. It ships with 200 m of boundary wire and 250 pegs. The RKS series launched in spring 2024; the UK list price is GBP 1,499.
