The FUXTEC FX-RB122 'Economic' is a boundary-wire robotic lawn mower for lawns of up to 1,000 m2, controlled and programmed over Wi-Fi from a smartphone. It follows the boundary wire to its charging station, then leaves the wire and mows the lawn inside it, and heads home automatically when either of its two rain sensors detects rain. It cuts an 18 cm swath and runs about 45 minutes on a 2.2 Ah lithium battery, recharging in about 1.5 hours. It switches off within 3 seconds if the wire is cut, stops if lifted or tilted beyond 20 degrees for more than 10 seconds, backs away and turns when its bump sensor hits an obstacle, and has a PIN anti-theft code and a red emergency stop. It came with 100 m of boundary wire, extendable to 600 m.
