The FUXTEC FX-RB022 was the entry model of FUXTEC's robotic lawn mower family, a boundary-wire mower for lawns of up to 800 m2 that mows almost silently, trims the edges and returns to its charging station on its own. Owners set the cutting height by hand, choose separate lawn areas and schedule when it mows, and can control and programme it from a smartphone app. An 18 cm cutting width and a 2.2 Ah lithium battery give about 45 minutes of mowing - roughly 200 m2 per charge - before it drives back to recharge in about 1.5 hours. It handles slopes of up to 20 degrees, a gyroscope keeps it from crossing slopes at an angle, and lift, tilt, bump and touch sensors, an emergency stop, a rain sensor and a PIN protect it. It is waterproof and came with 100 m of boundary wire, extendable to 600 m.
