DESCRIPTION

The FMR 300 is Flexiv's first self-developed autonomous mobile robot platform, built to carry its adaptive arms beyond fixed workcells. The compact two-wheel-differential platform (791 x 620 x 874 mm, 290 kg) carries up to 300 kg on its 760 x 585 mm lifting top plate, navigates by dual-LiDAR laser SLAM with ±5 mm / ±1° accuracy, and runs 8 hours on a 48 V / 72 Ah lithium iron phosphate pack with 10-80% charging in under 2 hours. A suspension system handles 5% slopes, 5 mm steps and 30 mm gaps, and it threads aisles as narrow as 820 mm at up to 1.5 m/s.

FEATURES

  • Laser SLAM with reflector and QR-code positioning options
  • ±5 mm navigation accuracy
  • 300 kg top-plate payload on a 290 kg body
  • 8 h battery with automatic charging dock
  • built-in collision detection with optional 3D visual obstacle avoidance
  • standardized interfaces for Rizon 4 / Rizon 10 arms, grippers and 2D/3D vision.
