DESCRIPTION

FL 2 is AFORMIC's autonomous pallet-jack robot for moving pallets between warehouse and factory areas, built for agile manoeuvring in tight spaces. It measures 1959 x 1098 x 1415 mm, weighs 595 kg, carries 1500 kg, lifts 38 mm and travels at up to 1.5 m/s with +/-10 mm positioning accuracy. Drive: FL2 1501 steerable traction wheel; FL2 1502 omnidirectional (2 x 1.2 kW). It navigates by lidar SLAM using safety laser scanners with a 360-degree field of view, and is managed by AFORMIC's QURSOR fleet platform, which handles task allocation, path planning, traffic and KANBAN workflows. Power comes from a Li-Ion 120 Ah, 48 V battery.
