DESCRIPTION

The FIT-HV PRO is ULS Robotics' active electric waist exoskeleton, aimed at the specific injury that ends warehouse and factory careers: repeated heavy bending. Built in high-strength industrial materials with a hip-joint adjustment mechanism added over the previous generation, it offers three assistance modes with adjustable response speed, and ULS puts the reduction in physical load at more than 60%. Two switchable modes cover different work: ASSIST adds lifting power, BALANCE stabilises posture. The system pairs in-house digital actuators and reduction gearing with adaptive motion control, combining software mechanical impedance with hardware-adjustable structure so the unit can be tuned per wearer rather than sold one-size-fits-all. Dual feedback sensors close the loop, a servo power unit supplies the force, and an interactive hand controller lets the wearer change mode without stopping. Putting it on is deliberately trivial — it goes on like a backpack, then the controller is switched on. A mechanical sensor expansion interface leaves room for integrators to add their own instrumentation.
