DESCRIPTION
FF BOT is a Military from Swadeshi Empresa. It is built for Security, Spraying, Monitoring.
FF BOT is a remote-controlled firefighting robot from Swadeshi Empresa, a compact unmanned ground vehicle that drives toward a fire while firefighters stay at a safe distance. It is built for places where explosions, toxic smoke, intense heat or structural collapse make human entry dangerous. The robot runs on a six-wheel-drive chassis with suspension and can turn on the spot. A roof-mounted aqua-foam jet or fog water monitor attacks the fire, and optical and thermal pan-tilt-zoom cameras stream live video to the operator so hotspots can be found through smoke. Press reports say it can draw charged fire hoses and tow vehicles of up to five tonnes. The maker offers military and civil-grade versions and an explosion-proof variant on a tracked chassis. The FF BOT was developed for the Indian Navy under the Ministry of Defence iDEX programme. Swadeshi shows it in service aboard the aircraft carrier INS Vikrant. Reports describe 50 units supplied to the Indian Navy, an Indian Air Force order for 80 units and an Indian Army contract for 18 robots worth Rs 62 crore, signed on 13 January 2026 for ammunition depots and other high-risk sites. It has also been used at a refinery fire in Visakhapatnam.
