DESCRIPTION

FC RoboLite is an Industrial-Robot from IBG Automation. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Pick-and-place. Key figures: 300 kg, 1440 min runtime, 1000 kg payload, 6 degrees of freedom.

FC RoboLite combines IBG's FC Compact AGV with a collaborative six-axis Yaskawa MOTOMAN HC20DTP robot arm, so one vehicle can drive to a station and handle parts there. The base measures 1,600 x 950 mm from 500 mm high, weighs 300 kg, is rated for 1,000 kg, travels at up to 1.2 m/s and runs 24 hours on a LiFePO4 battery with 1.5-hour charging and intermediate charging for continuous operation.\nThe arm lifts up to 20 kg with +/-0.05 mm repeatability over a 1,900 mm reach and suits fenceless handling and palletising. IBG builds the vehicle from modular, industry-standard components so it can be integrated into existing hardware, software and mixed traffic in production and logistics.
