DESCRIPTION

FC Omni is an IBG Factory Cruiser AGV built to move small load carriers (KLT) between production areas. It couples under a transport table with four rotatable rollers that holds up to three KLTs side by side, secures the boxes against slipping and carries up to 300 kg, and pulls the table to its destination.\nThe vehicle runs on a 48 V drive with an active electric brake and a 48 V lithium-ion battery with battery management. An additive navigation system emulates a virtual track with +/-10 mm positioning accuracy, safety laser scanners guard its path and let it stop or replan around people and obstacles, and a WLAN client links it to the logistics control centre; a 7-inch touch panel serves local operation. Options include hybrid magnetic-track guidance with RFID positioning and extra ground clearance for uneven floors and slopes of up to 12 degrees.
