The Factory Lift FL600 and FL400 are Neumaier Industry's autonomous high-lift pallet stackers for warehouses and production. The FL400 uses a two-way drive/steering system; the FL600 has four-way technology, so it needs almost no manoeuvring space, can turn on the spot and 'search' for a pallet in open areas and pick it up without exact positioning. Both carry up to 2,000 kg depending on the base machine and steering system, reach 2.0 m/s, run on LiFePO4 batteries with automatic or inductive charging, navigate by geo/contour navigation and have all-round PL-d laser scanners with automatically scaling protective fields, with load pick-up and drop-off monitored by sensors and cameras.
