Esanav 3RL-45 is a SLAM laser-guided turtle-type vehicle with very long motorised roller conveyors that handles different kinds of pallets up to 4,500 kg and covers the load automatically. Safety relies on front and side bumpers and front and rear ultrasound sensors. Like Esatroll's other vehicles it is designed and built in-house in Switzerland and adapted to each customer's plant, and it can be run by Esatroll's customised supervisor, which takes calls from workstations, assigns vehicles, manages right of way and load delivery and logs activity.
