ECOBOT 6 is a model in Oppent's ECOBOT family of autonomous mobile robots, built in Italy. It is a mobile manipulator: an ABB YuMi collaborative robot rides on the vehicle so it can drive to a station and pick, place, assemble or test parts there.\nPer its datasheet it measures 1,058 x 625 x 800 mm, weighs 240 kg without batteries and carries 300 kg nominal (350 kg maximum) on ABB YuMi collaborative robot mounted on top. It uses differential, bidirectional drive (2 x 300 W), travels at up to 1.0 m/s and climbs 3% slopes. It navigates naturally by laser scanner, positions to +/-10 mm and +/-1 deg and turns on its own axis, and runs about 8 hours on a LiFePO4 24 V 120 Ah (PureLead 24 V 120 Ah option) battery with 3 h recharge. Safety comes from 2 Sick S300 laser scanners, sensitive edges, 2 e-stops, Sick Flexi safety controller, and the vehicle conforms to ISO 3691-4:2020 for driverless industrial trucks.
