Dexory's autonomous mobile robot drives the aisles of a warehouse and scans every rack location from floor to top level as it moves, feeding DexoryView, a real-time digital twin of the building. A telescopic mast lifts its sensor array from a stowed height of 3.25 m to 12 m, so it can capture racking up to about 13.5 to 14 m high, with around 16 and up to 20 lidar units plus cameras recording pallets, cases, labels and barcodes. Dexory quotes up to 10,000 locations scanned an hour and a full daily wall-to-wall count. The fourth-generation model, RE4, runs silently, weighs about 600 kg, works for 8 hours on a battery and recharges on a wireless dock. DexoryView turns each scan into automated cycle counts, discrepancy and empty-location reports, cubic utilisation and pallet-type tracking, and a task manager for fixing what it finds; Dexory reports WMS accuracy of up to 99%. The robot and software are sold together on a subscription.
