DESCRIPTION

PA-AMR Weight Inspection Model is a Mobile-Robots from JumpToMachine Robotics. It is built for Inspection, Inventory, Picking. Key figures: 600 min runtime, 40 kg payload, released 2025.

The Rapyuta PA-AMR Weight Inspection Model adds real-time weight inspection to Rapyuta Robotics' pick-assist robot. As pickers place items in its totes, it weighs them in under a second, down to 10 g, and flags a wrong product or quantity immediately - removing the separate inspection step before packing and preventing incorrect shipments in warehouses handling consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and daily necessities. It weighs up to four totes at once - two on the upper and two on the lower tray, each tray 53 x 36.6 cm and taking containers up to 50 litres - and its compact 610 x 580 mm footprint and agile drive make it more manoeuvrable than a weight-inspection cart. It carries up to 40 kg, travels at up to 1.4 m/s (adjustable), runs up to 10 hours and recharges in one hour on its auto-charger (two hours manually). Like other PA-AMRs it leads pickers on AI-planned routes, cutting picking time per order by up to half, and multiple robots coordinate through AI fleet management.
