ChangingTek CT-PTSS2000-200
DESCRIPTION
The CT-PTSS2000-200 is the heavy end of ChangingTek's Composite Robot Series: a multi-stage lifting mobile platform rated to carry two tonnes. At 2,800 by 1,300 mm and only 650 mm tall it is deliberately low-slung, built to drive underneath a load, lift it and move it rather than to carry it on top of a mast. It drives omnidirectionally, so it can translate sideways into position without needing room to turn — the property that matters most when manoeuvring a two-tonne load in a factory aisle. Navigation combines QR-code positioning with inertial navigation and it stops to within ±10 mm, which is tight enough to hand off to fixed automation at the end of a move. Power comes from a 38.5 Ah lithium iron phosphate pack charged from ordinary AC220V 50 Hz mains. It runs under the ChangingOS platform alongside the rest of the series, supporting both single-unit operation and multi-unit scheduling.
