DESCRIPTION

Antigravity A1 is a Consumer-Robot from Antigravity. It is built for Filming, Navigation, Photography.

The Antigravity A1 is billed as the world's first 360 drone, and the claim describes a genuine difference in kind rather than degree. A camera drone points its lens along the flight path; an FPV drone ties the pilot's view to the same line. The A1 records the entire sphere at 8K, so a pilot wearing its Vision goggles can turn their head and look anywhere independently of where the aircraft is heading - Antigravity's FreeMotion technology - and can reframe the finished shot afterwards instead of having to aim while flying. Sky Path lets a route be flown automatically so someone else can wear the goggles and simply look around. It weighs under 249 g, so it needs no registration in most jurisdictions. OmniLink 360 carries the link to 10 km, obstacle avoidance is omnidirectional - helped by having cameras pointing everywhere - and Deep Track and Sky Genie handle subject following and assisted flight. The Vision goggles weigh 340 g with roughly a 90-degree diagonal field of view and 2560 by 2560 pixels per eye. Antigravity was incubated by Insta360, which built its business on 360-degree capture.

FEATURES

  • Vision goggles: 340 g, approx. 90-degree DFOV, 2560x2560 per eye
  • Sky Path - fly a preset route so a passenger can just look around
  • Point-to-fly motion control
  • OmniLink 360 transmission to 10 km
  • Omnidirectional obstacle avoidance
  • Deep Track subject following and Sky Genie assisted flight
  • Auto Edit for automatic post-production
  • Under 249 g - no registration required in most jurisdictions
