SageMan is iSAGEBOT's four-armed mobile manipulator, and its design idea is symmetry: a fully symmetrical topological structure with four arms giving 360-degree coverage, so the machine works in every direction at once rather than turning to face a task. The body height adjusts, running 1,560 to 1,815 mm on a 900 by 600 mm base, which lets it reach into heterogeneous spaces at different working heights. It weighs 280 kg. Each arm carries 3 to 16 kg depending on configuration, with repeated positioning accuracy to a maximum of 0.03 mm and angular accuracy of one degree. Six vision modules scan the full working area for fast multi-angle 3D modelling. iSAGEBOT claims twice the operating space, twenty times the load capacity, five times the task performance and four times the work efficiency of what it replaces. Control runs on the company's SageBrain controller with the low-latency SageOS robot operating system, and the machine takes voice, remote cloud or touchscreen input.
