AEON

説明

AEON is Hexagon Robotics' humanoid robot, built by a measurement company and shaped by that heritage: it combines precision measurement, multimodal sensor fusion, 3D spatial intelligence, high-performance actuators and AI-based motion control in a single system, and is aimed at industrial work from manipulation and asset inspection to reality capture and operator tasks. It is human-proportioned at 165 cm and 60 kg, moves at up to 2.4 m/s and has 34 degrees of freedom. It carries 15 kg for short periods and 8 kg as a constant load, and its battery auto-swaps for continuous work, with each charge lasting up to four hours. Hexagon describes the machine through three properties. Agility is dexterity plus locomotion: it moves quickly in all directions on its own locomotion system and works accurately with dexterous hands. Versatility is one system with several skills, all built in rather than added on, so the same robot inspects parts, captures reality data and performs operator tasks. Awareness is spatial intelligence plus reasoning: AI applied to a multimodal sensor suite and to a mission-control system so the robot judges in real time what matters and how to complete the task, adapting as the environment changes.
