The Vector Humanoid is a dual-arm wheeled humanoid robot from Vector Robotics of Pune, built for repetitive physical work in factories and warehouses alongside human staff. It has a humanoid head and torso with two articulated arms mounted on a tall column, which stands on a wheeled mobile base. The robot combines stereo cameras, depth sensors and LiDAR for mapping and object recognition, uses adaptive balance control to move over uneven floors, ramps and confined spaces, and handles parts with precision end-effectors that grasp, sort, assemble and carry components. It runs on Vector OS, the company's platform for task orchestration, remote monitoring and fleet management. No numeric specifications are published. Vector lists CNC and VMC machine loading, unloading and tending, workcell assembly, line-side material staging, quality inspection assistance, bin picking and goods-to-person fulfilment, cross-docking and sorting, returns processing and pharmaceutical sample transport as target tasks.
