BESCHREIBUNG
The TianYi Y1 is the heaviest of TLIBOT's composite robots — a humanoid torso with dual cobot arms on a self-driving chassis, folding to 684 x 670 x 1210 mm and weighing up to 120 kg. A 540 mm lifting column extends its reach to 2,050 mm, each arm carries 5 kg with ±0.05 mm repeatability across 22 total degrees of freedom, and the chassis positions to ±50 mm and ±3° while travelling at up to 1.2 m/s with spot-turn manoeuvring. Navigation is LiDAR-autonomous with laser and vision obstacle avoidance, and an NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 64G with a 1 TB SSD runs the stack, exposed for secondary development through ROS 2 and an API.
