The POLCERO Humanoid is the Polish company's core robot module completed with legs and two arms, designed to enter spaces built for people and operate machines built for manual handling - manning stations, doing assembly and repetitive physical work, with domestic help and cleanup on the roadmap. POLCERO states that its published values are design assumptions: the product is under development and its configuration may change. Everything is modular around a common core that holds the controls, perception and AI. The same core can sit on a wheeled, tracked, legged or wheel-leg chassis; the humanoid is the legged version, built in aluminium and composites to handle stairs, curbs and other human-designed spaces, with swappable task modules - a gripper, a harvest head or a weeding laser - on a quick-release tool connector. Power comes from three 48 V hot-swap packs of about 864 Wh each, roughly 2.6 kWh in total, for about five hours of typical duty. The robot never fully powers down: it drives to a four-bay dock and swaps its own packs one at a time while running on the other two, or a person can swap one by hand in under a minute; where a site supplies power it can run 24/7 from a cable, fixed rails or overhead conductor lines. A wide-field binocular head produces stereo depth and an AI perception layer that labels objects, surfaces and people on-device, backed by HD wrist cameras, chassis LiDAR and ultrasonic sensors, force-feedback joints and an IMU. People direct it by voice through a language model, and POLCERO OS supports learning by demonstration.
