The Rapyuta PA-AMR High Capacity Model is a pick-assist autonomous mobile robot for warehouses with large items such as shoe boxes, apparel and household goods. It carries two 75-litre totes on tilted top and bottom trays behind an open front and width-adjustable covers, and leads pickers through the aisles on routes planned by Rapyuta's AI, so they only pick and place while the robot does the walking and transport. A touch screen and barcode scanner sit between the trays, with an E-stop and four indicator LEDs. The robot carries 45 kg, weighs about 45 kg, travels at up to 1.4 m/s (adjustable), runs about eight hours and recharges in two, and suits sites with more than about 1,000 m2 of picking space, seven or more pickers and aisles of at least 1.2 m.
