NimBO is FREE Bionics' joint-mobility robot, a strength-training device that improves joint range of motion. It lets users perform active and passive joint stretching and has three built-in strength-training modes - isokinetic, isotonic and isometric - that can be customised to the user's strength, so users can build muscle strength safely and precisely. The user sits in the device with the leg strapped to a powered lever arm.
