The L7 Twister is Sevnce's all-terrain explosion-proof wheeled inspection robot (Ex IIC T6 Gb, IP66). Four wheels with eight drive motors, steerable wheels and independent suspension - each wheel with its own power unit - give it off-road ability and manoeuvrability on rough, broken ground, and an AI industrial PC with up to 100 TOPS supports reliable offline inspection. It measures 1,060 x 620 x 1,020 mm and up to 250 kg, travels at up to 0.9 m/s, turns in a 1.3 m circle, climbs 15-degree slopes and 10 cm obstacles, navigates by laser to +/-3 cm and runs up to five hours with up to three-hour charging between -20 and 60 C. Standard functions include autonomous inspection, obstacle avoidance, remote control, video monitoring, offline inspection, sound-and-light alarm, auxiliary lighting, autonomous charging, two-way voice and one-key return, with options for laser gas telemetry, laser vibration measurement, optical and acoustic imaging, voiceprint and noise detection and flame detection, a lifting gimbal, BeiDou navigation and a robot arm.
