The G451 is Sevnce's explosion-proof rail-hung inspection robot (Ex IIB T4 Gb, IP66) running on parallel twin rails, which keep it stable and precise and resist disturbances. It is built for long, continuous patrols covering equipment areas around the clock, with up to 40 km per charge. Twin-rail two-wheel drive moves it at up to 1 m/s with braking within 0.1 m on the level (0.3 m on grades) and a 3 m turning diameter; it climbs 5-degree grades, positions to +/-1 cm by odometry, Hall sensors and RFID, recharges in up to four hours and works between -20 and 60 C. It measures up to 880 x 600 x 700 mm and 230 kg. Standard functions include autonomous inspection, obstacle avoidance, remote control, video monitoring, offline inspection, sound-and-light alarm, auxiliary lighting, autonomous charging, two-way voice and one-key return.
