The L3 is Sevnce's new compact, lightweight explosion-proof wheeled inspection robot (Ex IIC T6 Gb, IP66) with a modular design: independently sealed compartments and quick-maintenance interfaces speed up servicing, and an integrated gimbal and spare interfaces let function modules be swapped or added so one robot serves several tasks. Four-wheel, eight-motor drive gives it strong traction on rough industrial ground. It measures up to 1,010 x 650 x 1,070 mm and 180 kg, travels at up to 1.0 m/s, turns in a 1.2 m circle, climbs 25-degree slopes and 9 cm obstacles, wades 9 cm of water, navigates by laser SLAM with IMU to +/-5 cm, and runs at least three hours with up to two-hour charging between -20 and 60 C. Standard functions include autonomous inspection, obstacle avoidance, remote control, video monitoring, offline inspection, sound-and-light alarm, auxiliary lighting, autonomous charging, two-way voice and one-key return, with options for laser gas telemetry, laser vibration measurement, optical and acoustic imaging, voiceprint and noise detection and flame detection, a lifting gimbal, BeiDou navigation and a robot arm.
