Grenzebach FF1200S

The FF1200S is Grenzebach's automated forklift, built specifically around the Euro pallet. It lifts to about 1,200 mm and carries roughly 1,200 kg — up to 1,500 kg on request — so it handles the pallet work that would otherwise tie up a driver. It runs at up to 2 m/s and turns inside a 1,450 mm radius, which is what makes it usable in real aisles rather than purpose-built ones. Free contour navigation means no magnetic tape, reflectors or floor infrastructure to install, and no safety zones to mark out; two certified safety laser scanners cover the vehicle in shared traffic. Positioning is typically accurate to about plus or minus 15 mm. At 1,725 by 800 by 1,950 mm it is the tallest of the three Grenzebach AGVs, and the company sells it as a module that drops into an existing intralogistics setup — optionally with its drive-range monitoring and autonomous goods-carrier detection.
