The BlueBotics mini is a compact, low-particle-emission autonomous mobile robot (AMR) platform for cleanrooms, laboratories and light material handling of boxes, racks and trays, and a base for integrating small industrial robots or cobots. Driven by BlueBotics' ANT natural-feature navigation and fleet-ready with ANT server, it has an articulated chassis and can be fitted with lift or conveyor modules, custom modules and an obstacle-avoidance option. It measures 40 x 30 x 59 cm (W x H x L), weighs 70 kg (modules 15-25 kg), carries up to 150 kg at up to 1.5 m/s, runs for more than 6 hours, charges in 1.2 hours with automatic recharging included, and has a 360-degree laser-scanner safety field. BlueBotics developed it for ABB's award-winning Project Genesis in Lenzburg, Switzerland, where modified mini robots transfer materials between ABB robots to automate semiconductor production.
