Full automatic stamping line of steel furniture parts from metal plate (Qinfeng stamping robot)

Stamping automation solution for steel furniture parts: This line is composed of one set of material rack, 4-axis 5 kg intelligent swing arm stamping manipulator and 5-axis swing arm stamping manipulator. The material rack positions, splits and feeds the metal sheet to the calibration table. The first 5-axis swing arm stamping manipulator picks from the calibration table and flips the material by 180 degrees. The 2nd 4-axis swing arm manipulators pick and feeds into the first press. After punching twice, the workpiece was transfered to the following processings in sequence. In this solution, flip is accomplished by 5-axis manipulator flip axis. The 5 axis flips the piece by 180 degree, which make the up and down of piece opposite. In 1'10", the manipulator rotates the piece plane 180 degrees with revise axis. After the robot is programmed, no fixed manual operation is required, which is safe and efficient. One person can manage multiple production lines at the same time, increasing production and efficiency, and keeping the site clean and tidy.
