COMMUNITY MODERATOR ONBOARDING AND STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP)
Last updated: 10 February 2026
1. Welcome and Thank You
First — thank you.
RobotAIGeek exists because people choose to contribute their time, judgment, and curiosity. As a Community Moderator, you are helping shape a space where discussions about AI and robotics remain clear, respectful, and genuinely useful.
This role is stewardship, not authority.
You are here to guide conversations, reduce confusion, and help the community thrive — not to police, enforce aggressively, or represent the company publicly.
This should be enjoyable. We want a place where learning, debate, and curiosity feel energising, not stressful.
