The line is flexible. With a 3 in 1 decoiler straightener feeder, it can produce automatically from coils. With a double station material rack, it also can handle steel plate. The material rack positions, splits and feeds the metal sheet to the calibration table. The swing arm stamping manipulator picks from the calibration table and feeds to the press, and then the robots transfer the workpiece to next press in sequence. All the robots are equipped with software we specially design for stamping industry. After setting the robot, no fixed manual operation is required, which is safe and efficient.
