The YT-500 is YOKOIDO's entry towing autonomous mobile robot, a compact 900 x 600 x 900 mm machine with a tall towing mast that pulls carts and dollies weighing up to 500 kg, with the towing jig customised to the customer's carts. Its frame structure lets it be adapted with small modifications, and GE Creative lists it at 2,880,000 yen with a two-week rental trial. It navigates by 2D LiDAR (3D LiDAR on request) and can add magnetic-tape AGV guidance in hybrid mode, travels at up to 50 m/min (3 km/h) with spin turns and stops within +/-50 mm. A laser area sensor, a bumper switch and an emergency stop protect people, the battery has a connector for quick swaps and runs 4 to 5 hours, and the 60 to 70 kg robot is configured by the customer through a browser Web UI. Its colour can be customised and the design is registered in Japan.
