DESCRIPTION
YL-180 is a Mobile-Robots from GE Creative. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Transport. Key figures: 65 kg, 300 min runtime, 200 kg payload, price ¥2,980,000.
The YL-180 is YOKOIDO's entry lift-up autonomous mobile robot, only 180 mm tall - among the lowest in its class - so it can drive under roll cages and existing carts, lift them by 40 mm and carry up to 200 kg. GE Creative priced it at 2,980,000 yen to bring a 200 kg-class AMR under three million yen, and offers it for a two-week rental trial. It navigates by 2D LiDAR SLAM and can add magnetic-tape AGV guidance for accurate stopping (hybrid mode), travels at up to 50 m/min (3 km/h) with spin turns, stops within +/-50 mm and runs 4 to 5 hours on a battery with a connector for quick swaps. Two laser area sensors, two bumper switches and two emergency stops protect people. The 785 x 600 x 180 mm robot weighs 65 kg, is set up by the customer through a simple Web UI with no construction work, and its colour can be customised; the design is registered in Japan.
