DESCRIPTION
The Z200 works on live distribution lines — energised overhead conductors that would otherwise require a linesman in an insulated bucket. It is the most consequential robot in YIJIAHE's range for exactly that reason: with the Z100 before it, more than 460 units have been delivered and over 90,000 live operations performed across State Grid, China Southern Power Grid and Inner Mongolia networks, in thirteen provincial companies covering all nine business scenarios. At 380 kg fully configured and 1,280 by 930 by 1,700 mm, it rides a vehicle to site and works from a lifting slide that raises it to 3.6 metres. Its 20 kg arm handles conductors from 70 to 240 mm², and precision is what makes live work survivable: ±2 cm globally and ±4 mm at the point of contact, guided by area-array and 3D laser with RTK. Multi-level insulation protects the machine, and an intelligent wire stripper with double safeguards avoids nicking the conductor core. Autonomous path planning and obstacle avoidance handle approach, and in expert mode a three-phase splice has been completed in 36 minutes. The task list runs well beyond splicing — dropping lines, fitting bird deterrents, overvoltage protectors, earth rings and fault indicators, and trimming branches.
