DESCRIPTION
The SI300 is YIJIAHE's compact indoor inspection robot, built to make substation rounds cheap enough to run continuously. It compresses a station inspection that takes a human four hours into under thirty minutes, and YIJIAHE quotes a full sixty-cabinet site in fifteen minutes running seven days a week, fifteen hours a day — under twenty seconds per cabinet, because the robot only moves and photographs, with no lift mechanism or refocusing step to slow it down. A single stop captures up to five 16-megapixel images, enough to cover a whole cabinet face at once. Physically it is a 36 kg mast on a small wheeled base measuring 450 mm across and 1,865 mm tall, moving at 1 m/s or better with a zero-metre turning radius so it can pivot in place between rows. It clears 10 mm obstacles and 10-degree slopes, carries IP40 protection, and recharges in two hours at a multifunction base station. Perception runs on a 4K visible-light camera with soft lighting, 2D laser, ultrasonic radar and an anti-fall laser, and it can federate with fixed sensors — gas, smoke and water ingress, temperature and humidity — or drive lighting, ventilation and cameras directly, aggregating everything to one station-side page.
