DESCRIPTION

The A200 is YIJIAHE's rail-mounted indoor inspection robot, and it is the company's volume product — more than 2,300 delivered, which for a substation robot is an unusual number and speaks to consistency rather than novelty. Rather than driving on the floor it rides an overhead track, with a vertically telescoping body that raises and lowers to reach equipment at any height, giving 360-degree coverage of a switchgear row without needing floor space or navigating around obstacles. At 10.5 kg it is light enough to hang from a modest rail, and YIJIAHE credits that weight and size control for its spread beyond traditional power rooms into new-energy prefabricated cabins, call centres and data halls — more than ten scenario types. On board it carries voice intercom, meter recognition, defect analysis, infrared thermometry, environmental monitoring and partial-discharge detection, and it can inspect across rooms and act as emergency monitoring. A seven-inch touchscreen sits on the unit itself. Its sibling in the same family, the SI100, covers the same job on a wheeled chassis where a rail cannot be installed.

FEATURES

  • Rail-mounted travel with a vertically telescoping body for 360-degree coverage without floor space
  • 10.5 kg, light enough for modest overhead rail installations
  • more than 2,300 units delivered with high build consistency
  • 7-inch touchscreen on the unit
  • voice intercom, meter recognition, defect analysis, infrared thermometry, point linkage, environmental monitoring, partial-discharge detection, cross-room inspection and emergency monitoring
  • federates with gas, smoke, water-ingress and temperature-humidity sensors and can drive lighting, ventilation and cameras
  • supports HTTP reporting and non-homologous verification to cross-check primary and secondary equipment health
  • deployed across more than ten scenario types including new-energy prefabricated cabins, call centres and data halls.
