DESCRIPTION

Voliro T is an Aerial from Voliro. It is built for Data Collection, Testing, Inspection. Key figures: 3.7 kg, 12 min runtime, 1 kg payload.

Voliro T is an omnidirectional tilt-rotor tri-copter built to touch structures rather than just photograph them. Its tiltable rotors let it hold any attitude up to ±90° pitch and press a sensor against a surface of any orientation with up to 30 N of steady force and several Nm of torque, with ±2 cm interaction accuracy, so inspectors can take contact measurements at height on flare stacks, storage tanks, chimneys, wind-turbine blades and transmission towers while the asset stays in service. Payloads on its open platform include ultrasonic thickness testing, lightning-protection checks and, in every subscription since late 2025, a NevadaNano flammable-gas sensor. The drone weighs 3.7 kg without batteries (6 kg maximum take-off, 1 kg payload), measures 118 x 109 x 34 cm and folds to fit through a 50 cm manhole, flies 10 to 14 minutes on two 99 Wh smart batteries, carries 4K inspector and 2K pilot cameras, a depth camera, six lidar distance sensors and RTK GPS, and works indoors without GPS. Voliro reports about 100 contact inspections a month in 17 countries.
