DESCRIPTION

Unit Load Carrier AMR is a Mobile-Robots from Hachidori Robotics. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Delivery. Key figures: 1300 kg payload.

The Unit Load Carrier AMR is Hachidori Robotics' load-on-top autonomous mobile robot for carrying pallets, bins, totes and cartons between production lines, stores and warehouse points. The load sits on the robot's top deck, and a mast with touchscreen and status lamp rises from the base. The robot takes tasks from a WMS or ERP system, picks up the unit load and moves it across the facility using Hachidori's patented WiNN wireless positioning with sensor fusion, so no magnetic tape or floor markers are needed. A 2D LiDAR and 3D depth camera provide obstacle detection with Cat0 emergency stop and Cat1 controlled stop, backed by a crash bumper, tower lamp and emergency stop buttons. Fleet status is shown on live dashboards and the robots integrate through VDA 5050. Three models are listed: the HU200 carries 200 kg at up to 2 m/s on a 48 V 12 Ah battery, while the HU500 and HU1300 carry 500 kg and 1,300 kg at up to 1.5 m/s on 48 V 27 Ah batteries. All use swappable LiFePO4 packs. The robots are aimed at automotive, FMCG, electronics, pharmaceutical and warehousing sites.
