DESCRIPTION
Turf Tank Two is a Mobile-Robots from Turf Tank. It is built for Painting, Service, Sports field line marking. Key figures: 56 kg, 300 min runtime.
Turf Tank Two is the redesigned second-generation robotic field painter from Turf Tank, built lower and more aerodynamic than the Turf Tank One. It adds an improved sprayer module that lifts out for easy nozzle changes, with sprayer-disc width set by a knob and sprayer height adjustable in 5 mm steps for sharp lines; room for a 5.5-gallon paint jug tilted so every drop is used; an easy-access compartment for fast battery swaps; new wheels for better grip; and pause and resume buttons on the robot's panel. Like Turf Tank's other line markers, it navigates by RTK-GNSS with a local base station, stores line coordinates so it can over-mark exactly on the original lines only when fields are in use, and is controlled from a tablet app with more than 120 sport layouts, a drag-and-drop field editor, dashed and custom lines, and paint and time estimates. It paints natural grass, artificial turf, infield dirt and asphalt, and two individually powered brushless motors drive it over uneven ground. Its app also works offline in areas with poor connectivity and syncs line data to the cloud. The robot measures 1,102 x 841 x 575 mm, weighs 56 kg and carries 20 L (5.3 US gallons) of paint, enough for an American football field; it paints at 1 m/s and transits at 1.4 m/s, and its 680 Wh battery runs for 5+ hours, enough for at least ten full-size 11-a-side soccer fields.
