DESCRIPTION
StoreBiter MLS is an Industrial-Robot from GEBHARDT Intralogistics Group. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Inventory. Key figures: released 2009.
The StoreBiter MLS is GEBHARDT's multi-level shuttle, developed in 2009, that serves several storage levels from one vehicle with a lift function, moving goods horizontally and vertically for higher throughput and storage density than a classic stacker crane. Several MLS can share one rail, and the low vehicle weight lets the rails mount directly on the rack. It runs in an aisle and hands goods to a transfer conveyor; one MLS can serve racks as low as 2 m, or several MLS stacked and linked by a lift scale performance. Vehicle heights run in three classes - 1,500-3,000 mm at up to 4.0 m/s and 1.5 m/s2, 3,000-5,500 mm and 7,500 mm at up to 3.0 m/s and 1.2 m/s2 - with double- or four-deep storage and a Deep-Sleep mode that cuts standby power.
