The Smart Palletizer is Smart Robotics' cobot palletizer for end-of-line automation: a compact cell that takes cases off the line and stacks them onto pallets. Its AI software works out stacking patterns, so operators can add or change products themselves, and the gripper swaps without tools to handle closed boxes, open boxes, crates and shrink-wrapped packs. The second-generation Smart Palletizer 2.0 is pitched as Europe's fastest palletizer, delivering over 2,000 cases an hour on real production lines (the standard configuration stacks up to 1,600 boxes an hour), and comes in Essential, Advanced and Premium configurations that add layer sheets, multi-case picks and an OEE dashboard. It has a durable stainless-steel design suited to food plants, installs in about half a day, and is backed by ongoing support; Smart Robotics says more than 120 customers use its cobot palletizer.
