Smart Robotics Smart Depalletizer is an Industrial-Robot from Smart Robotics. It is built for Material-Handling, Unloading, Picking.
The Smart Depalletizer, which grew out of Smart Robotics' earlier Smart Parcel Picker, unloads mixed products and parcels from pallets, roll cages and containers onto conveyors for inbound and parcel operations. AI vision picks each product and chooses the optimal suction-cup configuration, handling many sizes, shapes and packaging types without SKU teaching. It processes up to 1,000 products an hour, minimises damage with careful handling, and runs on either cobots or industrial robots when a site needs more throughput or heavier loads. The cell fits existing layouts and workflows, scales by adding further robots, and is offered as a service with hardware, software and helpdesk support; customers can test their products at the company's innovation centre.
