DESCRIPTION

Slopehelper is an Agricultural-Robots from PeK Automotive. It is built for Agriculture, Monitoring, Orchard and vineyard work. Key figures: 1750 kg, 720 min runtime.

Slopehelper is PeK Automotive's autonomous, fully electric robotic system for orchards and vineyards, built to replace several conventional tractors and implements with one machine for the whole yearly agrocycle. Its Base Platform rides on two suspended caterpillar track blocks - which PeK says press on the soil half as hard as a 120 hp tractor on low-pressure tyres - and carries a gravity-stabilized cargo platform that stays level on slopes, so attachments can be mounted at the front, rear, sides or on top. Nineteen hinged attachments cover soil work (power harrow, needle harrow, plough, fertilizer spreader), mulching and weed control (drum mulcher, lawn mowers, side trimmers), spraying, pruning and canopy work (pre-pruner, pruner, horizontal-vertical and U-shape cutters), leaf removal, blossom thinning and harvesting with fruit and grape pickers; they are stored on carriers and fitted with an installation carrier.\nThe robot navigates rows autonomously with PeK's R-WAVE technology - RTK-GNSS to map the plantation, then a 2D radar (0.5-6 m range, +/-30 mm) and row reflectors so it can keep working without a continuous satellite signal - following straight, curved or terraced rows, and it is stopped by electromechanical bumpers and radio-wave scanners plus a mechanical brake. Per its spec table the base platform measures 2,600 x 1,610 x 1,230 mm, weighs 1,750 kg, works slopes up to 42 degrees at 0.5-5 km/h on a 48 V electric system, and runs 8-12 hours depending on the job, recharging in 8 hours at its charging station or 5 hours with the optional fast charger. Farmers set rows and parameters on the onboard computer and follow live data and video in the TeroAir app; PeK offers a 5-year or 8,000-hour warranty.
